Get personal email batch results

GET

/linkedin-to-personal-email/batch/{batchId}/results

Retrieve the results once the batch has finished. Results are paginated, one row per distinct
profile, carrying the first URL it was submitted as.

Credit settlement: On the first call after the batch completes we settle the charge — 10 credits
per email found — and refund the rest of the reservation. meta.creditsUsed and
meta.creditsRefunded report it, and later calls report the same figures without charging again.

If you call this before the batch has finished you get the rows written so far and complete: false.
