Personal Email: batch completion callback

Webhook

POST

emailFinderCompletion

Your server receives this POST exactly once when every profile in a personal email
batch has been processed. Fetch the batch results to get the rows (and to settle credits).

Personal email batches send only this completion callback — there is no per-result callback.
